Custom orders

To place a custom order, simply send us an email with your wig specifications to support@luxehairtransformations.com. In your email please include:

1. A picture of the style you want
2. Your desired wig length in inches, colour and parting style (i.e. free-style, middle, right-side or left-side parting)
3. Let us know your cap size (please check out our cap size and measurement table in FAQs)  

Things to note about customised orders:
1. Once we have received your email, we will be in touch with you within 1-3 business days to confirm your order and issue your invoice. Please note that custom orders cannot be processed until after your payment has been made in full.

2. Customisation usually takes 20-30 days. For a more detailed time estimate, please contact us at support@luxehairtransformations.com. You may also wish to refer to our Shipping Policy.

3. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for customised orders. However, if in the unlikely event that your unit has quality problems and has not been used you may negotiate with customer service for a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

4. Unless otherwise indicated, custom orders are excluded from store sales and promotions.
