Shipping Policy

Once your order has been received, processing times can take up to 7-10 business days, following which your order will be dispatched. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and is on its way.

There is an extended processing time for custom made orders of 3-4 weeks, following which the orders will be dispatched. You will be updated with your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

For domestic orders (i.e. Australian orders), shipping times can vary between 5-7 business days depending on your location (i.e. metro vs regional areas). Please note that shipping times do not include the processing time for your order.

For international orders (i.e. outside of Australia), shipping times will vary by country. We will be sure to send you full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out. Shipping fees and times will vary depending on your location.

Metro Areas: approximately 3-5 business days* 
Regional Areas: approximately 5-7 business days*

*Shipping times do not include the time it takes us to process your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped using Express Courier International and will be delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country. All international orders are charged a flat rate of $59.95 AUD. 

Delivery times vary by country.  We will be sure to send you full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Luxe Hair Transformations and we are not aware of what they might amount to. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order.  Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

DELIVERY TIMES

Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we do not like it, they are out of our control.  We do not accept any liability, and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY AND OUR TIME ZONE MAY BE DIFFERENT TO YOURS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details. 

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has left our warehouse.

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details please contact our Customer Care team via email at support@luxehairtransformations.com so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If there is an error with your address, please contact support@luxehairtransformations.com ASAP and we will endeavour to amend it. However due to the fast-processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

INCOMPLETE ORDER

There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf. 

Orders are subject to availability and Luxe Hair Transformations reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.
